Tips for your trial run:
- Wear a white shirt
- Bring your veil and any bridal hair jewelry if you already have them, if not, it's okay, we have some
- Have pictures of looks that you like, even if it's only 1 thing about it that you like
- Have clean dry hair
- Have a clean, moisturized face
- If you bring someone with you, make sure it's someone who thinks like you and knows what you like
- Don't forget your camera!
- Expect to spend 1 hour with hair and 1 hour with makeup
- Be expressive, do not hold back your thoughts and criticism
A trial run is an ongoing visual change that is either going the right direction or not. Feel free to express yourself. There is no right or wrong, just do you like where it's going or not? For best results, be expressive, it's okay to like something even if you are not sure.
Anything can be changed and therefore multiple takes can be made to get to the right one. For hair, we start with the front first. If you don't like the front, there is no reason to start the back. For makeup, we start with the eyes. If we get that right, the cheeks and lips follow easily.
Do not be hesitant to express your opinions, the more we know the better! Looking forward to your trial run!
