Choosing the right hairstyle is simply knowing what you KNOW you look good in. Most of my brides are afraid to tell me what they like because they are afraid that they are going to make a wrong decision. So they ask me, the professional. I tell them "I can give you hundreds of beautiful hairstyles, but what do you like?". I've learned to not start styling until my brides tell me what they like and dislike.
Here are some basic questions you, the bride, should know the answer to:
- Do you want it up or down?
- if up, do you like high or low?
- Do you like it tight to your head?
- Do you like it flowy and romantic?
- Do you like hair around your face?
