Lati started Styles Down The Aisle, Inc in 2004 hoping to give brides a much needed service and to make their bridal party look beautiful! She received her cosmetology license from Texas in 2000 and has been a hairstylist since. In 2004, she finished her masters degree from the University of Michigan and relocated to Chicago. In 2006, she appeared in ChicagoStyle Wedding magazine as a bridal beauty expert. Since 2008, she has styled hair for 11 covers and features for ChicagoStyle wedding magazine. In 2008, Styles Down The Aisle's was renamed The Bridal Beauty Salon.

In September 2009, Lati worked at the Spring 2010 Mercedes Benz NY Fashion Week doing hairstyling under Orlando Pita for Michael Kors, Carolina Herrera and Diane Von Furstenburg.

In 2011, Lati joined Jeff Reiisi's hair seminars in Turkey and Dubai to teach the newest hairstyles and hairstyling techniques.
